Pay rent
Rent is due on the 1st. Pay online through TurboTenant, our secure rent portal, by bank transfer or card. Set up autopay once and it is handled every month.

- Look for the invitation email from TurboTenant for Casitas at F, LLC.
- Create your account from the link in that email.
- Add your bank account or card, then turn on autopay.
No invitation? Email leasing@casitasatf.com and we will resend it.
Request a repair
Emergency? Flooding, a gas smell, no heat or an electrical hazard: call (619) 410-9393 now. For gas leaks, also call SDG&E at 1-800-411-7343.
Submit repair requests in your TurboTenant portal so you can add photos and follow the request until it is done. We reply within one business day.
